The Commerce Department on Dec. 2 released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (A-201-844). In the final results of this review, Commerce may set assessment rates for subject merchandise from 14 companies entered Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020.
The Commerce Department on Dec. 2 released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on large diameter welded pipe South Korea (A-580-897). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise from 20 companies under review entered Aug. 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020.

The International Trade Commission may begin a changed circumstances review to reconsider its finding of injury to U.S. industry in the antidumping duty investigation on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey, it said in a notice released Dec. 1. The ITC says a Turkish exporter alleges “significant changed circumstances since the issuance of the Commission’s 2016 determination,” including an exporter’s exclusion from the AD duty order that should result in the ITC finding no injury because of negligible imports. The ITC seeks comments by Jan. 3, 2022, on the request for changed circumstances review, including how the review should proceed given an ongoing five-year sunset review of the same product.
