ITC says a Turkish exporter alleges “significant changed circumstances since the issuance of the Commission’s 2016 determination,” including an exporter’s exclusion from the AD duty order that should result in the ITC finding no injury because of negligible imports. The ITC seeks comments by Jan. 3, 2022, on the request for changed circumstances review, including how the review should proceed given an ongoing five-year sunset review of the same product.
