Commerce found Zhaoqing Tifo New Fibre Co., Ltd. did not demonstrate independence from state control, assigning the company the China-wide AD duty rate of 44.3%. Commerce will assess AD duties at this rate on subject merchandise from Creative Furniture entered between June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014. A 44.3% AD duty cash deposit rate for Zhaoqing Tifo takes effect Jan. 27.

Commerce assigned the only exporter under review, Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co., Ltd. a CV duty rate of 30.90%. The new cash deposit rate for the company takes effect Dec. 14. In these final results, Commerce will calculate assessments of CV duties on importers of subject merchandise from Laiwu Taihe entered between Jan. 1, 2013 and Dec. 31, 2013.

The agency calculated new CV duty cash deposit rates for 46 Chinese producers and exporters. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2013.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China (A-570-849) (here). Commerce found the only exporter that cooperated with the review, Wuyang Iron & Steel Co, Ltd., had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period under review. As a result, Wuyang's cash deposit rate will not change.

Commerce assigned the only exporter still under review, Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd., to the China-wide entity, with an AD duty rate of 76.72%. The new cash deposit rate for the company took effect Nov. 16.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel threaded rod from China (A-570-932) (here). For entries on or after Nov. 12, Commerce is setting a 39.42% AD duty cash deposit rate for IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd. Commerce will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for all entries of subject merchandise from RMB/IFI with a time of entry between April 1, 2013 through March 30, 2014.
