U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an administrative message announcing that the Port of Noyes, MN (3402) will be closed permanently effective July 10, 2006. CBP states that the port limits of Pembina, ND (3401) will be extended to include the rail facilities located at Noyes. Therefore, no EIP/RLF entries will be accepted by ABI for Port 3402 on or after July 10, 2006.
