The pro-rata percentage is .1722 or 17.22%. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an administrative message stating that local CBP management has granted two additional snow days, October 27 - 28, 2005, for all south Florida ports due to the effects of Hurricane Wilma.
