Critical List as of January 19, 2006. CBP has posted its critical list as of January 19, 2006 for 2005 quotas/China safeguards. This document lists textiles subject to import quota controls/China safeguards with entered quantities over 85% of more filled. Applicants must make appointment for SENTRI enrollment. CBP has issued a press release announcing that applicants must now make an appointment to apply for enrollment in the Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) program. New CBP Air and Marine Organization. CBP seizes more suspect Tamiflu at mail facilities. CBP has issued a press release announcing that in the last three weeks, it has intercepted more than 300 packages of the anti-viral prescription medication Tamiflu at international mail facilities in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.
