U.S. Customs and Border Protection has published revised 'terms and conditions' that must be followed as a condition for access to the Automated Commercial Environment Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) effective immediately.
The Food and Drug Administration has issued an ABI administrative message stating that it has created a new product code for mung bean protein: 02G[ ][ ]12. When using this new product code, the fourth and fifth characters in the code should be filled with the appropriate subclass and process indicator codes.
