These preliminary results are not in effect, may change in the final results, and could affect the estimated AD cash deposit rates for these firms.
The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China (A-570-888) for Fosham Shunde Yongjian Housewares & Hardware Co., Ltd. The ITA preliminarily finds an AD margin of 63.09% for this exporter, which could affect its estimated AD cash deposit rate. The International Trade Commission states it has received a complaint filed by Openwave Systems Inc., which alleges violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the sale within the U.S. after importation of certain devices for mobile data communication. The complaint names Apple Inc. of CA; Research In Motion Ltd. of Canada; and Research in Motion Corp. of TX as respondents.
