The International Trade Administration has issued a notice that it is postponing the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of multilayered wood flooring from China (A-570-970).
The International Trade Commission is terminating the Section 337 patent-based investigation of certain Devices Having elastomeric gel and components thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-732), which was based on a complaint filed by Interactive Life Forms, LLC, of Austin, TX, against 26 respondents. The ITC has determined to terminate the investigation as the complaint has been withdrawn against the the last remaining respondent in the investigation, Polydigitech Inc. (See ITT's Online Archives or 07/30/10 news, 10073053, for BP summary of the institution of this patent investigation.)
The International Trade Administration has issued two corrections to its February 18, 2011 Federal Register notice of amended final results of administrative review of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Mexico (A-201-822) for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. The ITA incorrectly stated in its notice that cash deposit requirements were effective for entries on or after February 14, which should be February 18 (the date of publication); and the ITA incorrectly referred to a 21.14% AD duty rate for ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. in the original final results of review, which should be 21.16%.
