The International Trade Administration has issued an addendum to its November 3, 2011 amended final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand (A-549-821) to add the amended AD cash deposit rates of two companies that were inadvertently omitted from the November 3 notice. The amended rates will be effective retroactively on any entries made on or after September 28, 2011 (the date the final results were published).
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China (A-570-898) for four companies. The AD cash deposit rates, which are effective November 16, 2011, are expected to be implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection soon.

The International Trade Commission has determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of multilayered wood flooring from China that the International Trade Administration has determined are subsidized and sold in the United States at less than fair value. As a result of the ITC's affirmative determinations, Commerce will issue antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of this product from China. (Investigation Nos. 701-TA-476 and 731-TA-1179 (Final)).
