The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof from China (A-570-601) which sets an AD cash deposit rate for three exporters. These rates, which are effective January 17, 2012, are expected to be implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection soon.

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (steel plate) from Korea (A-580-836) for one producer/exporter. These preliminary results are not in effect. They may change in the final results and could affect the estimated cash deposit rate for this company.
The International Trade Administration has been periodically updating the tariff numbers listed in the scope section of its reviews of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890). The changes1 have been made to reflect updates to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and as ITA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection find necessary, in their attempt to list all possible tariff numbers under which the order's articles may be imported.
