The International Trade Commission has determined to review the entirety of the final initial determination by the presiding administrative law judge finding "no violation" of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in its investigation of certain ground circuit interrupters and products brought by Leviton Manufacturing Co. against numerous respondents, seven of which remain in the investigation (337-TA-739).

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of fresh garlic from China (A-570-831). The International Trade Commission is asking for comments by approximately March 5, 2012 on a patent complaint filed on behalf of Pragmatus AV, LLC which alleges violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the sale within the U.S. after importation of certain consumer electronics, including mobile phones and tablets (D/N 2878). ITC is asking for comments on any public interest issues that might affect ITC consideration, including whether the issuance of an exclusion order and/or cease and desist order would impact the public interest.
