ITC to Review Final ID in Patent Investigation of Circuit Interrupters

The International Trade Commission has determined to review the entirety of the final initial determination by the presiding administrative law judge finding "no violation" of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in its investigation of certain ground circuit interrupters and products brought by Leviton Manufacturing Co. against numerous respondents, seven of which remain in the investigation (337-TA-739).

The seven are (1) Zhejiang Trimone Electric Science & Technology Co. Ltd., of Zhejiang, China; (2) Fujian Hongan Electric Co, Ltd., of Fujian, China; (3) TDE, Inc., of Bellevue, Washington; (4) Shanghai ELE Manufacturing Corp. of Shanghai, China; (5) Orbit Industries, Inc., of Los Angeles, California; (6) American Electric Depot Inc., of Fresh Meadows, New York; and (7) Shanghai Jia AO Electrical Co. of Shanghai, China.
