The International Trade Administration has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico (A-201-838) at the request of GD Affiliates S.de R.L. de C.V. ITA will determine if GD is eligible for an estimated AD cash deposit rate other than the “All Others” rate it currently receives.
The International Trade Commission has issued a press release stating that it has determined to revoke the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Germany, Italy, and Mexico. The ITC determined that revoking the existing AD orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
The International Trade Administration has issued a final rule amending its regulations to require the electronic submission of all documents and data in antidumping duty and countervailing duty proceedings. Under the rule, all AD/CV documents and data, with certain exceptions,1 must be submitted to ITA electronically using IA ACCESS and following the procedures set out in the IA ACCESS Handbook.
The International Trade Commission is publishing notices on the following AD/CV injury, Section 337 patent, and other trade proceedings (any notices that warrant a more detailed summary will appear in a future issue of ITT):
