The Commerce Department is setting new countervailing duty cash deposit requirements for imports of sodium nitrite from Russia (C-821-837), after finding illegal subsidization of Chinese producers in the preliminary determination of its CV duty investigation. Suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements will take effect for entries on or after April 15, the date that the preliminary determination is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register.

The Commerce Department has issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on heavy walled rectangular welded steel pipes and tubes from Mexico (A-201-847). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020.
The Commerce Department issued its final determinations in the antidumping duty investigations on raw honey from Argentina (A-357-823), Brazil (A-351-857), India (A-533-903) and Vietnam (A-552-833). Cash deposit rates set in this final determination take effect April 14, the scheduled publication for these final determinations in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department on April 13 released an antidumping duty order on mobile access equipment from China (A-570-139). The order sets permanent antidumping duties, which will remain in place unless revoked by Commerce in a sunset or changed circumstances review. Commerce will now begin conducting annual administrative reviews, if requested, to determine final assessments of AD duties on importers and make changes to cash deposit rates.
