The Commerce Department has released the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on wood mouldings and millwork products (millwork products) from China (C-570-118). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between June 12, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2021.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on small diameter graphite electrodes from China (A-570-929). Commerce calculated an AD rate of 30.14% for the sole mandatory respondent, Fushun Jinly Petrochemical Carbon Co., Ltd., a slight increase from the preliminary determination of 24.95%. Subject merchandise from Fushun Jinly entered between Feb. 1, 2021, and Jan. 31, 2022, will be liquidated at importer-specific rates. Changes to cash deposit rates from these final results take effect Sept. 11.
The Commerce Department began administrative reviews for certain firms subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders with July anniversary dates, it said in a notice released Sept. 8. Producers and exporters subject to any of these administrative reviews on China or Vietnam must submit their separate rate certifications or applications on or about Oct. 11 to avoid being assigned high China-wide or Vietnam-wide rates.

These final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise from 10 companies under review entered May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of ripe olives from Spain (C-469-818, CBP # C-470-818). Rates set in this review will be used for assessment purposes on subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during calendar year 2021.
