The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on low-melt polyester staple fiber from South Korea (A-580-895). Commerce set an AD rate of 3.59% for Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc., the only company under review. Subject merchandise from Toray entered Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022, will be liquidated at importer-specific rates. The 3.59% AD duty cash deposit rate for Toray, increased from the preliminary rate of 1.89%, takes effect Nov. 3, the date the final results will be published in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on strontium chromate from France (A-427-830). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from one producer and exporter requested for review, Société Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques (SNCZ), that was entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022.

The Commerce Department has released the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from Turkey (C-489-840). It said it made changes to its preliminary results of this review, based on comments it received after they were published, and each rate calculated for the final results is lower, with the exception of the 2021 cash deposit rate for Teknik Aluminyum.
The Commerce Department released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India (A-533-887). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise entered April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on aluminum foil from China (C-570-054). The agency calculated new CVD cash deposit rates for the Chinese producers and exporters listed below. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries during calendar year 2021.
