Correction: The Commerce Department soon will suspend liquidation and impose countervailing duty cash deposit requirements on imports of pea protein from China, it said in a fact sheet issued Dec. 12 (see 2312130065).
Correction: The Commerce Department imposed antidumping duty cash requirements on entries of brass rod from Brazil, India, Mexico, South Korea and South Africa beginning on Dec. 1, the publication date of the agency’s preliminary determinations in the Federal Register (see 2311300048).
The Commerce Department issued its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on brass rod from India (C-533-916). Changes to cash deposit rates set in this final determination take effect Dec. 18, the date these results are set to be published in the Federal Register.

The Commerce Department on Dec. 13 published its quarterly list of (i) completed antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings and (ii) anti-circumvention determinations. The following list covers completed scope rulings for the period July 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2023:
The Commerce Department made a preliminary affirmative antidumping determination that brass rod from Israel (A-508-814) is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The agency will impose antidumping duty cash requirements on entries of subject merchandise beginning Dec. 14, the date this preliminary determination was published in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from China (A-570-893). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023.
