The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is aligning the final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of multilayered wood flooring from China (C-570-971) with the final determination in the companion antidumping duty investigation (A-570-970) pursuant to a request by the petitioners. The final CV duty determination will be issued on the same date as the final AD duty determination, which is currently scheduled for August 2, 2011.
