The International Trade Administration is initiating an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967). The ITA is initiating the review to determine whether Guangdong Zhongya Aluminum Company Limited is the successor-in-interest to Zhoqing New Zhongya Aluminum Co., Ltd. for purposes of determining AD duty liability. (New Zhongya’s current AD cash deposit rate is 33.02%.)

The International Trade Administration has issued notice of its rescission of the antidumping duty new shipper review of uncovered innerspring units from China (A-570-928) for Foshan Nanhai Jiujiang Quan Li Spring Hardware Factory (aka Quan Li). As a result, its temporary AD duty bonding option ends and the China-wide rate of 234.51% must again be a cash deposit, effective December 23, 2011. CBP is expected to implement this change soon.

This preliminary result is not yet in effect, may change in the final results, and could affect the estimated AD cash deposit rate for this company.
The International Trade Commission has voted to institute a patent investigation of certain dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices (337-TA-821). The products at issue in this investigation are synchronous DDR3 DRAM devices and modules containing the same.
