The International Trade Commission voted to institute an investigation of certain rubber resins and processes for manufacturing same (337-TA-849). The products at issue in this investigation are synthetic rubber resins, including traffickers used in the manufacture of tires.

The order details a "gap period" of Feb. 15 -- June 22 of no CV duty liability due to the expiration of the provisional measures period. This order is effective June 21, and is expected to be implemented by CBP soon.
The International Trade Administration issued an antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from China (A-570-977). The order details a "gap period" of June 11 -- June 22 of no AD duty liability due to the expiration of the provisional measures period. This order is effective June 21, and is expected to be implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection soon.

AU Optronics LCD panels didn’t infringe Thomson Licensing patents, the International Trade Commission ruled. The commission upheld an administrative law judge’s finding of no violation by AU Optronics, but reversed the administrative law judge’s finding that Chimei Innolux infringed a patent held by Thomson, and returned the case to administrative law judge to determine whether certain claims are invalid in view of the ViewFrame II+2 prior art, said the International Trade Commission.
