The Commerce Department amended the final results of its recently completed countervailing duty administrative review on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (C-570-017). The agency lowered CV duty cash deposit rates currently in effect for all Chinese producers and exporters included in the review, in a correction to calculation errors in the original final results. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries Dec. 1, 2014, through Dec. 31, 2015. Amended rates are as follows:
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on diamond sawblades from China (A-570-900). The agency made no changes to its preliminary results, assigning 10 companies to the China-wide entity, with an AD rate of 82.05%, and also using that rate for another 20 companies that qualified for a separate rate but were not individually examined in the review. The new 82.05% cash deposit rate for these 30 companies takes effect for each on April 20. Commerce will also assess duties at this rate on subject merchandise exported from these companies and entered between Nov. 1, 2015, and Oct. 31, 2016.

Commerce found Global Key, Inc. did not demonstrate independence from state control, assigning it the China-wide AD duty rate of 112.64%. Commerce will assess AD duties at this rate on subject merchandise from Global Key entered between March 1, 2016, and Feb. 28, 2017. A 112.64% AD duty cash deposit rate for Global Key takes effect March 19.
