The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China (A-570-898) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on citric acid from China (C-570-938) (here). Commerce assigned the only exporter under review, Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co., Ltd. a CV duty rate of 30.90%. The new cash deposit rate for the company takes effect Dec. 14. In these final results, Commerce will calculate assessments of CV duties on importers of subject merchandise from Laiwu Taihe entered between Jan. 1, 2013 and Dec. 31, 2013.

These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on aluminum extrusions from China (C-570-968) (here). The agency calculated new CV duty cash deposit rates for 46 Chinese producers and exporters. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2013.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China (A-570-849) (here). Commerce found the only exporter that cooperated with the review, Wuyang Iron & Steel Co, Ltd., had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period under review. As a result, Wuyang's cash deposit rate will not change.

These final results set new cash deposit rates and final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene film, sheet and strip from China (A-570-924) (here). Commerce assigned the only exporter still under review, Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd., to the China-wide entity, with an AD duty rate of 76.72%. The new cash deposit rate for the company took effect Nov. 16.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel threaded rod from China (A-570-932) (here). For entries on or after Nov. 12, Commerce is setting a 39.42% AD duty cash deposit rate for IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd. Commerce will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for all entries of subject merchandise from RMB/IFI with a time of entry between April 1, 2013 through March 30, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel wire garment hangers from China (A-570-918) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries from Oct. 1, 2013 through Sept. 30, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on drawn stainless steel sinks from China (C-570-984) (here). For entries on or after Nov. 10, Commerce is setting a CV duty cash deposit rate of 9.83% for Guangdong Dongyuan Kitchenware Industrial Co., Ltd.. All other exporters of subject merchandise will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for them in the original investigation, and companies that have never been assigned an CV duty rate will get the all others rate. For importer assessment purposes, Dongyuan's rate will be 9.83% for subject merchandise entered April 10, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2013, and 3.91% for subject merchandise entered Aug. 6, 2012 through Dec. 3, 2012. Subject Merchandise entered Dec. 4, 2012 through April 9, 2013 is not liable for CV duties.
