The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene film, sheet and strip from China (A-570-924) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries from Nov. 1, 2012 through Oct. 31, 2013 exported by the four companies under review.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hand trucks and parts thereof from China (A-570-891) (here). Commerce determined the only remaining company under review, New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., did not undersell subject merchandise during the period of review, assigning it a zero percent AD duty rate. Subject merchandise from New-Tec entered between Dec. 1, 2012 and Nov. 30, 2013 will be liquidated without any assessment of AD duties, and future entries of subject merchandise exported by New-Tec will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice. Changes to cash deposit rates from these final results take effect June 11.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty new shipper review on xanthan gum from China (A-570-985) (here). The agency continued to find a zero AD duty rate for subject merchandise produced and exported by Meihua (including Meihua Group International Trading (Hong Kong) Limited, Langfang Meihua Bio-Technology Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd.). As such, Commerce will direct CBP to liquidate period of review entries of merchandise produced and exported by Meihua without assessing AD duties, and will not collect AD cash deposits on future entries of such merchandise until further notice. These final results are take effect May 22.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on honey from China (A-570-863) (here). Commerce assigned all three exporters under review to the China-wide entity with an AD duty rate of $2.63 per kilogram. New cash deposit rates for these companies take effect May 14.

Commerce assigned the only exporter under review, Overseas Industrial Corporation, to the China-wide entity, with an AD duty rate of 75.5%. The new cash deposit rate for the company takes effect May 14.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on pure magnesium from China (A-570-832) (here). Commerce again found the only respondent, affiliated companies Tianjin Magnesium International, Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co., Ltd. (TMI/TMM), had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review. As such, this company's AD cash deposit rate will remain at the zero percent rate set for TMI/TMM in the most recent prior administrative review in 2013 (see 13123126).
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on cased pencils from China (A-570-827) (here). Commerce assigned the only exporter under review, Shandong Rongxin Import & Export Co., Ltd., to the China-wide entity, with an AD duty rate of 114.9%. The new cash deposit rate for the company takes effect May 9.
