The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on drawn stainless steel sinks from China (A-570-983) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016.
The Commerce Department made a preliminary affirmative antidumping determination that hardwood plywood products from China (A-570-051) are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value (here). Suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements take effect June 25 for most exporters of merchandise subject to this investigation.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on potassium permanganate from China (A-570-001) (here). Commerce determined the only company under review, Pacific Accelerator Limited (PAL), did not undersell subject merchandise during the period of review, assigning it a zero percent AD duty rate. Subject merchandise from PAL entered Jan. 1, 2015, through Dec. 31, 2015, will be liquidated without any assessment of AD duties, and future entries of subject merchandise from PAL will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice. Changes to cash deposit rates from these final results take effect June 20.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China (C-570-991) (here). The agency calculated new CV duty cash deposit rates for two Chinese producers and exporters. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between Feb. 4 and Dec. 31, 2014.

Commerce determined both in the administrative review -- Hailiang and Golden Dragon -- did not undersell subject merchandise during the period of review, assigning each a zero percent AD duty rate. Subject merchandise from these four companies entered Nov. 1, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, will be liquidated without any assessment of AD duties, and future entries of subject merchandise from these seven companies will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice. Changes to cash deposit rates from these final results take effect June 16.

The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its recently completed antidumping duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (A-570-912), it said (here). The agency found it erred when calculating rates for 10 companies listed in its April 21 notice. These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise from these 10 companies entered Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015. Rates for other companies assigned final results in the review will not change. Amended rates are as follows:
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (A-570-937) (here). Commerce found 15 companies did not demonstrate independence from state control, assigning all 15 the China-wide AD duty rate of 156.87%. Commerce will assess AD duties at this rate on subject merchandise from these 15 companies entered between May 1, 2015, and April 30, 2016. A 156.87% AD duty cash deposit rate for these seven companies takes effect June 14.
