These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries Jan. 1, 2015, through Dec. 31, 2015.

A 112.64% AD duty cash deposit rate for Global Key takes effect March 19.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (C-570-953). Commerce assigned the only company under review, Yama Ribbons and Bows Co., Ltd., a CV rate of 23.37%. Subject merchandise from Yama entered in calendar year 2015 will be liquidated at a rate of 23.37%. A CV duty cash deposit rate of 23.37% for entries from Yama takes effect March 14
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on uncovered innerspring units from China (A-570-928). Commerce found the only company remaining under review -- PT Sunhere Buana International -- did not demonstrate independence from state control, assigning it the China-wide AD duty rate of 234.51%. Commerce will assess AD duties at this rate on subject merchandise of Chinese origin from PT Sunhere entered between Feb. 1, 2016, and Jan. 31, 2017. A 234.51% AD duty cash deposit rate for Chinese origin merchandise from PT Sunhere takes effect March 2.
The Commerce Department made a preliminary affirmative antidumping determination that cast iron soil pipe fittings from China (A-570-062) are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. Commerce found "critical circumstances" for all but two Chinese companies -- Shanxi Xuanshi and Wor-Biz -- and will retroactively suspend liquidation and impose AD duty cash deposit requirements for all except these two companies as of Nov. 22, 2017. For Shanxi Xuanshi and Wor-Biz, suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements take effect Feb. 20, 2018.
