The Commerce Department began administrative reviews for certain firms subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders with July anniversary dates, it said in a notice released Sept. 2. Producers and exporters subject to any of these administrative reviews on China or Vietnam must submit their separate rate certifications or applications on or about Oct. 6 to avoid being assigned high China-wide or Vietnam-wide rates.
The Commerce Department is announcing the opportunity to request administrative reviews by Aug. 31 for producers and exporters subject to 46 antidumping duty orders and 16 countervailing duty orders with August anniversary dates.

The Commerce Department is amending the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain steel nails from Taiwan (A-583-854) to correct a duty calculation for PT Enterprise, Inc./Pro-Team Coil Nail Enterprise, Inc. and two companies not selected for individual examination in the review, Hor Liang Industrial Corp. and Romp Coil Nails Industries Inc. In the final results of that review, covering the period May 20, 2015, to June 30, 2016, Commerce assigned to the non-examined companies the dumping margin assigned to the mandatory respondent, 78.17%.

The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan (A-583-854). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from 69 exporters remaining in the review that was entered July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
