Producers and exporters subject to any of these administrative reviews on China or Vietnam must submit their separate rate certifications or applications on or about Nov. 15 in order to avoid being assigned high China-wide or Vietnam-wide rates.

The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan (A-583-854). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from five exporters that were entered May 20, 2015, through June 30, 2016.
