The International Trade Commission is terminating the Section 337 patent-based investigation of certain toner cartridges and components thereof, including photosensitive drums (Inv. No. 337-TA-731) based upon entry of a consent order. The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Canon, Inc., of Tokyo, Japan, Canon U.S.A., Inc., of Lake Success, New York, and Canon Virginia, Inc., of Newport News, Virginia against 20 respondents.

As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its investigations, with its preliminary CV duty determination due on or about June 24, 2011, and its preliminary AD duty determinations due on or about September 7, 2011.
