No. 337-TA-617). The enforcement proceeding was instituted based on an enforcement complaint alleging that certain respondents violated the ITC's limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.The proceeding was terminated pursuant to the administrative law judge’s (ALJ) initial determination granting the complainants’ motion to withdraw the enforcement complaint.
