The International Trade Administration is amending its final results of antidumping duty administrative review of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Mexico (A-201-822) for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
The International Trade Commission is terminating the Section 337 patent-based investigation of certain flat panel digital televisions and components thereof, (Inv. No. 337-TA-733) based on a settlement agreement. The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Vizio, Inc. against LG Electronics, Inc., of South Korea and LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., of Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The International Trade Commission has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on magnesium from Russia would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, the existing AD duty order on imports of this product from Russia will be revoked.
