The International Trade Administration is correcting its March 31, 2011 notice of the initiation of antidumping duty administrative reviews with February anniversary dates to correct the deadline for Separate Rate Certifications for non-market economy countries (in this case, China and Vietnam). The ITA incorrectly stated that the certifications are due no later than 30 days after publication of the Federal Register notice, or by May 2, 2011. The correct deadline for Separate Rate Certifications is 60 days after publication, or May 31, 2011.
