Ferrari 288 GTO LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its Ferrari 288 GTO entry, classified as a motor vehicle under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8703.23.0190, dutiable at 2.5%, should be classified under subheading 9705.10.0090, duty free, as a collector's item. # 26-00671.
