the complaint, UnaliWear is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Apple, Samsung, Google and Garmin to bar from entry "certain wearable devices with fall detection and components thereof" that violate its patents. UnaliWear said that its products are "wearable devices adapted to monitor a wearer’s physical activity patterns and to provide assistance to the wearer when a need for assistance is indicated."
