Take a Byte, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its thermal paper with adhesive backing of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4823.90.8680, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.03, which comes with a 25% Section 301 duty, were improperly subjected to antidumping and countervailing duties on lightweight thermal paper from China. # 25-00363.
