If selected, members would serve on panels to review final determinations in antidumping duty or countervailing duty proceedings made by the U.S., Canada or Mexico, and amendments to AD/CVD statutes of a USMCA party.

Interested individuals can submit an application through Dec. 12, and, if selected, would serve from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. To be included on the roster, individuals must be citizens of a USMCA party country, "must be of good character and of high standing and repute, and are to be chosen strictly on the basis of their objectivity, reliability, sound judgment, and general familiarity with international trade law."
