to the complaint, Ouraring is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Samsung, Reebok, their subsidiaries and seven other companies from the U.K., China, India and the U.S. to bar from entry "certain smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof" that violate their patents. Ouraring said that its product is a smart ring that "accurately provides personalized insights into user’s fitness and health by monitoring heart rate, temperature variations, blood oxygen levels, and movement during both sleep and active periods."
