According to the complaint, the respondents are seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against California company The Carol Cole Co., operating as NuFace, to bar from entry "certain microcurrent facial toning devices and systems thereof" that violate their patents. The respondents said their products "treat cosmetic imperfections including wrinkles, acne, and uneven skin tone."
