complaint, BHI is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against HKC, HiSense, Vizio, TCL, TTE Technology, LG Electronics, Westinghouse and their subsidiaries to bar from entry "certain liquid crystal devices, components thereof, and products containing the same" that violate its patents. BHI said that its patents include "innovations relating to ... pixel layouts, electrode structures, panel seals and terminals, and driving circuitry."
