Epson filed the complaint in May and is seeking a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the respondents to bar from entry "unauthorized, aftermarket ink cartridges, and components thereof" that violate the complainants' patents (see 2505160012). The dual investigations cover the same respondents but each covers five different patents.
