a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against 13 companies, primarily from China, to bar from entry "certain electronic eyewear products, components thereof, and related charging apparatuses" that violate its patents. IngenioSpec said that its eyewear is capable of "sensing harmful ultraviolet rays, tracking health indicators, taking pictures, recording video, enabling hands-free phone conversations, enhancing hearing, and playing music and videos."
