complaint, the complainants are seeking a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against 20 companies, primarily from China, to bar from entry "unauthorized, aftermarket ink cartridges, and components thereof," that violate the complainant's patents. The complainants described the offending products as "substitutes for many of the genuine ink cartridges currently being sold by Epson, including many different cartridge families designed for many different printer models."
