In a complaint filed in February (see 2502240011), AX Wireless said the respondents are importing products that infringe the patent on “Certain Video Game Consoles, Routers and Gateways, and Components.” The complainant describes the products as providing "advancements in communications systems, particularly ... within packet-based Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems."
The ITC will consider a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the respondents.
