complaint, AX Wireless is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Sony and Vantiva to bar from entry "Certain Video Game Consoles, Routers and Gateways, and Components" that violate the complainant's patents. The complainant describes the products as providing "advancements in communications systems, particularly ... within packet-based Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems."
