in July 2024 based on allegations that 10 companies were importing "certain eye cosmetics and packaging thereof that allegedly infringe" Amarte's patents (see 2407160015). The ITC partially terminated the investigation with respect to five of the respondents and found the remaining five in default. The ITC is requesting written submissions by “close of business” on March 6.
