that Trans-Pacific changed its name to Trapa but otherwise continues to operate as the same business entity as before, in the final results of a changed circumstances review released Feb. 24. Trapa will inherit the CVD rate assigned to Trans-Pacific Trading, which was 6.74% (the review average rate) in the final results of a CVD administrative review for calendar year 2021, published in August 2024 (see 2408160017). Commerce has recognized the name change and allowed Trapa to inherit Trans-Pacific's rate for the purposes of the antidumping duties on subject merchandise (see 2409200061).
