267.63% to 515.4% for Chinese exporters; from 5.57% to 73.17% for Thai exporters; and from 30.42% to 165.27% for Vietnamese exporters, the agency said. Commerce set CVD rates ranging from 4.47% to 295.08% for Chinese exporters, and from 5.53% to 225.9% for Vietnamese exporters. Thailand was not subject to the CVD investigation. These rates will take effect upon publication in the Federal Register of the final determinations, which should occur in the coming days.
