is seeking a permanent general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against U.S. companies Honeylove Sculptwear, Daerwene and Dolce Vita Intimates; and three Chinese companies, which are infringing "six Spanx patents related to shapewear garments that utilize specialized fabric covering the abdominal region and strips of fabric extending laterally to create an X shaped pattern over the wearer’s abdominal region, providing compression."
