complaint, Electrolit, CAB Enterprises, Sueros y Bebidas Rehidratantes and Brazos River Ventures are seeking a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against eight Mexican companies, complaining that they "import unlawful, mislabeled, and potentially harmful infringing products that are materially different than Genuine U.S. Electrolit® products."
