Kingwills and Dangs are manufacturing flash-spun nonwoven material that infringes its Tyvek trademark, and wrongfully rely on DuPont’s stolen proprietary information and misappropriated trade secrets. The complaint also identified several downstream customers of Kingwills and Dangs, and DuPont also seeks cease and desist orders against those companies, as well as Kingwills and Dangs.
