requested the review with no objection from the original petitioner in the case, Chemical Products Corporation, which is "ceasing" domestic production of barium chloride. If Commerce decides to revoke the order in the final results of its changed circumstances review, revocation of each order will take effect beginning "on or after the day following the last day of the period covered by the most recently completed administrative review of the Orders."
